The Russell Crew is part of our heritage collection, featuring our signature crew neckline. Knitted in a locally sourced, 100% cotton yarn, and named after Chennie's grandfather Russell. With ribbing on the sleeves, cuffs and neckline, this knit has a simple fairisle motif inspired by his beloved northern Minnesota.
A relaxed take on a classic design, the Russell drapes beautifully across the body for a casual, yet elegant fit.

How to Measure
How to Measure
BUST Measure the fullest part of your chest, right over your nipples, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor and not too tight. Lower your arms to make sure that the fit isn't too snug.
WAIST Measure your natural waistline at the smallest part of your torso. Make sure you try sitting with the tape to ensure that the fit is not too tight.
HIPS Measure the fullest part of your hips with your feet together. Keep the tape parallel to the floor while measuring.

Villa Chennie knitwear is made to last a lifetime, but can only do so when properly cared for.
The best way to care for these knits is handwashing with a gentle wool-care soap. Press water out with a towel and lay flat to dry.
Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not place in wash bags (this creates friction and pilling). Do not machine wash with hot water (this will cause knit to shrink).
